Action Plan Team
Turning ideas into action. This team helps keep Stand UP Cass County’s prevention work moving forward by reviewing the coalition’s annual action plan, tracking progress, identifying local needs, and helping develop strategies that make sense for Cass County. Sector representatives and community partners help ensure many different perspectives are included.
This is the team that does the steering! They oversee other Action Teams and ensure we are executing our Action Plan each year! We meet a various locations around Cass County!! We enjoy a lunch together each month, this is a non-formal meeting style. You do buy your own lunch, but we enjoy catching up and overseeing the coalition.
