📢 STUDENTS WANTED! Do you care about making your school and community better? Mental Health America & Stand UP Cass County are starting a Youth Advisory Council, and we are looking for students who want to be part of something meaningful. This group will meet to talk about real issues students face and help create ideas, activities, and solutions that support your peers
Focus Areas (Pillars):
🧠 Mental Health & Suicide Prevention
🚫 Substance Use Prevention
➕ Plus 1–2 additional topics chosen by the students
✅ You do not need experience.
✅ You just need a voice and a willingness to help.

Mission
Stand Up Cass County provides education and training opportunities to Cass County.
We partner to raise awareness about positive youth development, design programs and campaigns promoting prevention strategies, host events, change laws and policies, and bring resources to the community.
A number of youth volunteers at our annual Co-sponsored YMCA event Healthy Kids Day 2022!
In partnership with the United Way in Cass County, the coalition sponsored a project. Logansport's Art Club helped create a mural at our homeless shelter.
